We are dedicated to serving your pets with compassion, common sense care, and commitment. We believe that the best medicine is preventative medicine and are proactive in our approach to keeping your pet healthy. We do not distinguish between the best care and affordable care. To us they are the same thing.  Like you, we want to provide your pet with a long and healthy life and are committed to being a lifelong friend, advisor and advocate for their health. We know that bigger is not always better and that each pet and owner is unique. Our intimate, team oriented approach allows us to get to know you and your pet personally. Dr. Sullivant has been serving the patients of Palm Harbor Animal Hospital since 2002. The hospital was founded in 1980 by Dr. Thomas Jezek who retired in 2014. Today we carry on a tradition of family oriented veterinary medicine, where pets are more than just patients. This philosophy thus far has allowed us to serve up to three generations of clients with their pets.
